There are between 35 and 40 stalls selling a variety of quality local and Scottish produce throughout the year.
The Producers themselves run their own stalls so you can come and speak directly with them, ask them questions about their produce and purchase fresh quality products.
Every month at Perth Farmers' Market there's a cooking demonstration sponsored by Cittaslow Perth. Using produce available to buy at the market, local chefs cook up a variety of dishes and demonstrate how to get the best out of local produce giving you the chance to try before you buy!
If you need advice on how to cook any of the produce, resident chef Graeme Pallister from 63 Tay Street is at the market each month and is on hand to answer all your food queries or give you recipe ideas.
Visit the Information Point at Perth Farmers' Market and pick up a variety of free leaflets. There's information on Cittaslow; Big Tree Country; Perthshire Produce; Perthshire Markets; Slow Food and much more…
