Puddledub Pork is a small family farming business with a herd of 70 Duroc white pigs. They produce an interesting range of mild-cured hams, dry-cured bacon, excellent sausages with best seasoning and all cuts of fresh pork. They also offer oak-smoked hams and bacon from their own approved premises at Clentrie – all cutting and curing is done “in-house”.
