Ann Rougvie established T-Ann-Cake in 2009 having had a life-long interest in baking and it's now going from strength to strength.
All cakes, cookies, biscuits and cupcakes are homemade in and on Ann's truthworthy Aga. She uses great ingredients and only ever uses free range eggs (mostly local) and fair-trade chocolate. Some of the menu items are a permanent feature but she also loves pottering about the kitchen trying out and creating new recipes. She is always happy to listen to customers' requirements.
