Perth Farmers' Market is running a Food Hall at the Runrig Concert on Saturday 29th August at Scone Palace.
Fans will be offered a choice of the very best flavours that Perthshire and the surrounding areas have to offer:
Producers taking part are:
Cookroom - gluten free home baking
Gloagburn Farm - stovies
Hilton Wild Boar - spit roast
Jamesfield - haggis, neeps and tatties
Logiealmond Lamb - burgers, kebabs, sausages
Puddledub Buffalo - burgers
Thomas Thomson - fresh strawberries and raspberries with cream/ice cream
All the food will be cooked fresh from the Food Hall which is situated in a marquee. The delicious smells should certainly entice concert goers to come and try the quality Scottish treats on offer.
The band want the Scone Palace concert to be a genuine showcase for all that is great about Scotland and offering fans a taste of the best quality local produce is very much part of this.
